Cleansing foam for oily acne-prone skin: HEEDA Charcoal Foam
In short
I tested HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Hydrating Cleansing Foam in Korea for morning and evening cleansing on oily, acne-prone, slightly sensitive skin. It lathered well with a small amount and felt less drying after washing, but it did not remove mascara on its own.

While looking for a cleansing foam, I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Hydrating Cleansing Foam. My skin is oily and acne-prone, and slightly sensitive.

What are the texture and lather like?

It had a thick, clay-like texture, so it took a little effort to squeeze from the tube. On the other hand, even a small amount lathered well, so I found it better to use little by little. Using too much made it take longer to rinse off.

How was it for morning and evening cleansing?

In the morning and evening, I fully lathered an appropriate amount and washed gently. My skin felt less dry afterward, so it was fine for daily cleansing, and I also used it for a simple wash in the morning.

How well does it remove makeup?

I tested its cleansing power with lip product, eyebrow product, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara. After rubbing on several products and using it, the products other than mascara washed off relatively quickly. The lip product came off except for staining, but mascara did not come off with this cleansing foam alone.

For removing mascara, I felt it would be better to use the cleansing balm from the same brand first, then use this product as a second cleanse.
