Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall (치즈웨이브 부천시청점) is a pizza restaurant right next to Bucheon City Hall, on Seokcheon-ro 184beon-gil in Wonmi-gu, Bucheon, Gyeonggi. On a Tuesday evening, two people ordered Wave Set 2: a half sweet potato, half sun-dried shrimp pizza with a cheese crust add-on, plus french fries and a Coke Zero, for 37,400 won including add-ons. With cheese baked right onto the edge of the crust and a self-serve bar of unlimited sauces and pickles, Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall is more satisfying eaten in than delivered.

Cheolsan, Gwangmyeong fish restaurant: ₩37,000 dinner for two at Todam

Todam Hwadok Saengseongui (토담화덕생선구이) is a clay-oven grilled fish restaurant on the 3rd floor of a building on Anyangcheon-ro in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi. Around 7:30 pm on a weekday, two people ordered a mackerel set (₩17,000) and a hairtail set (₩20,000), which came with pot rice and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew), plus pumpkin porridge and oven-roasted sweet potatoes from the self-bar. Todam Hwadok Saengseongui serves moist, oven-grilled mackerel and hairtail with no fishy smell at a reasonable price, and it is worth recommending for a family meal out.

Seoul Korean BBQ in Seocho: pork wrapped in flat bibim noodles, Gamdol

Gamdol Yeontan Jip Yangjae Citizen's Forest Branch is a retro Korean BBQ restaurant grilling over yeontan (coal briquettes) right by Yangjaesiminuisup Station in Seocho, Seoul. A couple meeting after work spent 72,300 won for two at Gamdol Yeontan Jip on one serving each of Jureuri pork neck, Seolhwa kkodeulsal and gochujang briquette bulgogi, plus flat bibim noodles, steamed shrimp egg and briquette fried rice. Wrapping the grilled pork in Gamdol Yeontan Jip's wide, jjolmyeon-like flat bibim noodles is the combination worth ordering.
