Jusangnakwon Dongtan Bukgwangjang is a Korean pub on Dongtanjungsimsangga 2-gil in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. Meeting a friend for dinner and a casual drink, the writer ordered the gabrisal suyuk bossam (boiled pork shoulder served with cabbage wraps) and found the meat tender and nutty, easy to keep eating with kimchi, ssamjang and salted shrimp.
