Mansu Shabu Kalguksu is a new pork shabu-shabu and fresh kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Yeongtong-ro in Byeongjeom, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered the spicy beef shabu-shabu and added pork, and found the pork more tender and nutty than the beef, while the kalguksu noodles pulled fresh in the restaurant's own noodle room were chewy and springy. With a spacious dining room and a self-serve corner, Mansu Shabu Kalguksu also works well for family gatherings and work dinners.
