On a Friday evening, after a 15-minute wait, the order was three servings of Hwasae — jjukkumi with beef brisket and shrimp, 20,000 won each — plus two cheese fried rice at 3,000 won each, with 10 banchan (side dishes) and the house garlic sauce refilled from the self-serve bar. With a large private parking lot and two private rooms, Jjukkumi Sinhwa handles work dinners and group meals without any trouble.
