On a weekday lunch visit with a friend, the writer ordered cod roe rice bowl ochazuke for 12,000 won, salmon rice bowl ochazuke for 17,000 won and mixed tempura for 9,000 won, tasting ochazuke for the first time by following the three steps printed on the spoon.
