48-hour jar-aged tomato pork belly at a Namyangju BBQ: 2002 Witch's

2002 Witch's Arpeggio is an outdoor Korean BBQ restaurant beside a creek in Wabu-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi, known for tomato-jang (tomato sauce) pork belly. Three adults and one child, visiting after the child was discharged from hospital, ordered two servings of jar-aged tomato-jang pork belly (20,000 won), the crispy-outside, chewy-inside potato pancake and a tteokgalbi kids set, then got a cauldron fried rice with pollack roe and scorched rice free through the review event. The savory depth of the 48-hour-aged tomato sauce, the remarkably crisp potato pancake and the creekside outdoor tables are what make 2002 Witch's Arpeggio worth the drive.
