Bucheon BBQ right after opening: 3 servings of black pork belly, Cham

Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch is a pork belly restaurant about a 10-minute walk from Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. Arriving on a weekday at 11:40am, the writer ordered two servings of black pork belly (160g each), liked it enough to add a third, and rounded the meal out with doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) at 6,000 won and two bowls of rice. Staff grilled everything at the table, kimchi, bean sprouts, minari and potato included, making Cham Dwaejitgan a generous, well-rounded lunch.
