Sosabeol pork galbi house after its menu renewal: Okryeon Galbi
Okryeon Galbi Pyeongtaek Main Branch is a Jirisan black pork galbi restaurant next to Central Dome in Sosabeol, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi. After the menu was cut down to two dishes, yuja galbi and raw galbi at 20,000 won for 250g, a return visit for 2 servings of raw pork galbi, 1 serving of yuja galbi and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) showed the meat quality had risen enough that it melted in the mouth. With finger food before the meal and lemon-ginger sorbet at the end, Okryeon Galbi also works well for a group dinner.
