Dongtan Lake Park shabu kalguksu with self-serve sujebi: Deungchon
Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Gran Passage Branch is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on the 2nd floor of Gran Passage, next to Dongtan Lake Park in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. After a walk around the lake, the spicy shabu kalguksu set with a self-serve sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) add-on ran from shabu-shabu to sujebi, kalguksu and fried rice, with the staff making the fried rice at the table. One set at Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu felt like several dishes in a row, and made for a filling meal.
