Daegu barbecue with a self-serve nacho and side bar: Modak Palgongsan
Modak Texas Barbecue Palgongsan Branch is a Texas-style barbecue restaurant on Palgongsan-ro in Dong-gu, Daegu. The order was the Memphis platter for two plus shrimp cream pasta and an added mushroom soup, with nachos and sides taken freely from the self-serve bar at the front counter. There was so much meat that the leftover barbecue went home in a container, and the marshmallows handed out after payment were roasted at the fire pit outside.
