Forest-view café in Uijeongbu with Basque cheesecake: Forerest
Forerest is a large forest-themed café in Nogyang-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. I returned with my family on a weekday afternoon for classic and Earl Grey Basque cheesecakes, coffee, and an apple ade, while looking around its expansive outdoor grounds and private indoor rooms. Verdict: the upkeep has a few gaps, but the desserts and drinks exceeded expectations.
