Daily-milled rice self-bar at a Bucheon Korean restaurant: Gim
Gim Myeongju Tteuranchae Bapsang Bucheon Main Branch is a Korean restaurant in Jakdong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi, known for milling its rice fresh every day. The writer and her mom ordered borigulbi (dried yellow corvina), mixed rice with Boseong green tea, and piled their plates at the self-bar with unlimited banchan and rice, plus freshly fried eggplant and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew). With a spacious parking lot and generous self-serve spread, it's a full, satisfying one-plate Korean meal.
