Hwaseong restaurant with unlimited beef shabu-shabu: Pyeonbaek Hoegwan
Pyeonbaek Hoegwan Dongtan Branch is an all-you-can-eat hinoki-steamed dish and shabu-shabu restaurant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. We had four plates of beef brisket with bonito and spicy mushroom broths, plus the salad bar and Vietnamese rice-paper wraps. Verdict: a wonderfully filling dinner, though I still wish I had saved room for noodles.
