Anseong brunch café: 11am orders and layered croissant at Chat Baker
Chat Baker is a large two-floor brunch and bakery café on Seodong-daero in Gongdo-eup, Anseong, Gyeonggi. On a birthday overnight trip to Anseong with her child, the writer arrived right at 11am, when brunch orders open, and ordered panne bacon cream pasta, salt bread, a many-layered croissant and strawberry ade. With floor seating upstairs and plenty of seat choices, Chat Baker was an easy place to settle in with a kid and work through everything from bread to pasta.
