Adjustable spice tantanmen and tori paitan ramen in Hanam Misa: Menji
Menji Hanam Misa Branch is a Japanese ramen restaurant on Misagangbyeon-bukro in Hanam, Gyeonggi. Three menus were tried on one table — tori paitan ramen, kara tantanmen, and a handmade pork loin tonkatsu set — and the kara tantanmen let diners adjust the spice level with dadegi (spicy chili paste). Of the three, the kara tantanmen was the favorite for its not-getting-tired-of-it flavor.
