Hongga Jokbal Bossam Gukbap is a jokbal, bossam, and gukbap restaurant a five-minute walk from Exit 1 of Byeongjeom Station in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. My husband and I enjoyed the extra-large front trotter jokbal with chewy skin, generous portions, spicy bean sprout soup, and tangy spicy makguksu. A great pick for front trotter jokbal and cold buckwheat noodles together.
