Sunday lunch date over cast-iron chicken stew: Sindaebakjip
Sindaebakjip Gwangmyeong Sageori Branch is an aged-kimchi cast-iron chicken stew (dakdoritang) restaurant right by exit 6 of Gwangmyeong Sageori Station in Gyeonggi. A couple stopped in for Sunday lunch at 1pm, ordered two servings plus ramyeon noodle add-in and fish cake skewers, then finished with cheese-topped fried rice from a Naver review event. The seasoning ran deep and the portions were so generous they stayed full until dinner.
