Anjung noodle hot pot with weekend veggie add-ons: Songdam Kalguksu
Songdam Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) Korean restaurant on Gangbyeon-ro in Anjung-eup, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi. Because the shabu-shabu kalguksu set is served on weekdays only, the weekend order was jeongol kalguksu (noodle hot pot) for two with extra vegetables added to eat it shabu-shabu style, plus a half meat and half kimchi mandu (dumpling) plate, rice puffs and corn bread. With a large parking lot and baby chairs, Songdam Kalguksu turned out to be a good-value pick for a family meal.
