Namyangju Korean BBQ with egg yolk soy sauce dip: Eungbongjip Dasan
Eungbongjip Dasan Station Branch is a frozen pork belly (samgyeopsal) Korean BBQ restaurant a two-minute walk from Exit 4 of Dasan Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi. Two people ate their fill with the Samsami set at 37,000 won, which brings three servings of flash-frozen pork belly, plus Eungbong cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) at 8,000 won with rice included, and the banchan ran to pudding-soft steamed egg, minari (water dropwort), radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi. Dipping the frozen pork belly in the egg yolk soy sauce was the most memorable part of the meal at Eungbongjip.
