Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is a Korean restaurant in Ingye-dong, Suwon, serving haejangguk and beef tripe soup. On a rainy weekday lunch with my child and husband, the hot haejangguk packed with blood curd, beef, and bean sprouts made for a filling meal. Verdict: A lovely spot for a warming bowl of soup on a rainy day, haha.
