Full-course minari shabu kalguksu restaurant in Dongtan: Deungchon
Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Gran Passage Branch is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (Korean knife-cut noodle) restaurant near Dongtan Lake Park in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. The order was spicy mushroom kalguksu for two in a broth piled with minari (water dropwort) and bean sprouts, plus added beef shabu and dumpling noodles, finished with egg fried rice, in a roomy, clean dining room with basement parking. Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu is worth returning to whenever a spicy bowl of soup is calling.
