Byeollae shabu-shabu restaurant with sujebi and bossam: Onjeongban
Onjeongban Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Siksong 1-ro in Byeollae, Namyangju. The order was handmade rolled dumpling shabu-shabu plus a small bossam (boiled pork with wraps), with vegetables and beef cooked in the broth, sujebi (hand-torn dough) added to the pot, and gondeure rice from the self-serve bar.
