Sanggye-dong jokbal restaurant, weekend lunch platter: Gwihan Jokbal

Gwihan Jokbal Nowon Branch is a jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and bossam restaurant on Nohae-ro 83-gil in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. On an early weekend lunch visit, the half-and-half jokbal cost 45,000 won and flying fish roe rice balls 3,000 won, with a generous bowl of makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles) served free. Gwihan Jokbal Nowon Branch is roomy with wide gaps between tables, so it works for a lunch date as well as an evening work dinner.
