HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a 100ml Korean cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin. I tested it on cushion foundation, eye makeup, and lip products; it melted into an oil and removed the products I tested after rinsing. Verdict: a comfortable balm cleanser with a soft finish.
