Mapo gyukatsu with a sanitized baby chair and cutlery pouch: Gyudo
Premium Gyukatsu Gyudo Mapo Gongdeok Main Branch is a premium gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the basement level of the Obelisk apartment arcade, directly connected to Mapo Station in Seoul. Arriving by car with a baby at 2pm on a weekend, the writer was seated with no wait, and the staff wiped down the baby chair with sanitizer before bringing it over; the custom-made cutlery pouch, personal drawer and bangjja brassware brazier at each seat stood out just as much. The kettle rice was finished with Solomon's seal tea and tonkotsu broth this time, leaving the bonito broth and the smoked yakiniku at Gyudo for a next visit.
