Aewol ocean-view lunch after a 20-minute CatchTable wait: Handam Guksu

Handam Guksu Gwakji Aewol Branch is a pork noodle soup restaurant right in front of Handam Beach in Aewol, Jeju. For lunch on day two of a Jeju trip, the writer ordered saggolgogi guksu (bone-broth pork noodle soup), dongchimi bibim guksu (radish-water mixed noodles) and salgogi gukbap (lean pork rice soup) at 10,000 won each, then ate at a floor-to-ceiling window seat facing the sea after a 20-minute CatchTable wait. The lean pork portions are generous and the broth is clean, so Handam Guksu is worth a relaxed stop if you are looking for lunch in Aewol.
