Dongtan Station pho with scallop cha gio and DIY spice: Mibundang
Mibundang Dongtan Station Branch is a pho (Vietnamese rice noodle soup) restaurant on the first floor of the Dongtan Station Richian shopping complex in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. On a chilly day the writer ordered two bowls of brisket-tendon pho, scallop cha gio (fried spring rolls) and a cola, ate at the bar seats facing the open kitchen, and dialled the heat up with Mibundang's special hot sauce. Between the chewy tendon and the generous pile of beef, Mibundang is worth a return trip whenever a pho craving hits near Dongtan Station.
