Dry-skin charcoal cleansing balm, 1-week test: HEEDA Jirisan
In short
HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm I used for about a week during dry weather. It spread softly, emulsified with water, and felt moisturizing and smooth after cleansing, though this is only my personal experience.

How did my skin feel after cleansing on dry days?

Perhaps because the weather has been dry lately, I had been concerned about my skin feeling tight after cleansing. This product spread softly and oilily as soon as it touched my skin, and afterward it felt moisturizing and smooth without tightness.

How did I use the cleansing balm?

I used a spatula to spread it evenly over my dry face. On areas where pores concerned me, such as around my nose, I massaged in circular motions with my fingers, and I lightly massaged areas with heavier makeup as well.

Then I added a little water and rolled it over my skin once it had emulsified into a white texture, before rinsing with lukewarm water. I finished by cleansing with cleansing foam.

How did my skin texture and makeup feel after a week?

After using it for about a week, my skin felt softer, and I felt that my makeup applied well the next day. This may be a useful reference for people concerned about bumpy skin texture or tightness after cleansing.

What was convenient about the container and texture?

It has a black formula made with charcoal. The spatula can be stored inside the lid, so I could use it without having it roll around separately.
