Insadong gomtang for two: light broth and crisp kimchi at Wolhadong

Wolhadong is a Korean gomtang (beef bone soup) restaurant tucked inside an alley off Insadong 8-gil in Jongno, Seoul. Stopping by after errands near Anguk, the writer and her husband each ordered a bowl of the signature Wolha Gomtang (12,000 won) and paired the clean, light broth with cool, crisp kimchi. A light eater by habit, the writer still emptied almost all of the rice and meat — an easy, unfussy meal for two.
