Daughter-daughter outing with sujeonggwa egg and mandu at Dongchuwon
Dongchuwon Bulgogi is a Blue Ribbon-listed Korean beef bulgogi restaurant in Michuhol, Incheon, on the ground floor of the Sinsegye Building. A set of Korean beef bulgogi for two, plus oval-shaped mandu (dumpling) noodle-style sarium and grilled spicy squid, came with a free egg to poach in the copper-plate broth and mini bulgogi burgers made with dinner rolls, and the portions were so generous the writer could barely finish. With naengmyeon (cold noodles), omija tea, and ice cream to close things out, it made for a satisfying family meal.
