Busan shabu-shabu restaurant with spicy broth: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Nam-gu, Busan. I enjoyed a spicy-broth course with sirloin, hand-made kalguksu noodles, sujebi dough flakes, fresh kimchi, and perilla-oil water-parsley fried rice for 11,000 won per person. Verdict: a filling, family-friendly meal with excellent value.
