Gim Geumja Sutbul Galbi Daeyeon Branch (김금자숯불갈비 대연점) is a charcoal-grill galbi restaurant on Suyeong-ro in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The writer grilled unmarinated meat and marinated galbi over real hardwood charcoal and ordered a side of ppyeotguk (bone soup) with 3 big bones still covered in meat. The meat and the clean self-serve bar were good, but at Gim Geumja Sutbul Galbi Daeyeon Branch the bone soup is the one dish you must order.
