Haeundae, Busan brunch with cheesy lazy lasagna: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is a Western restaurant on Dalmaji-gil in Haeundae, Busan, sharing a building with Bueokgan Chinese on the first floor. On a cooler day, the writer and her husband ordered mushroom grill salad, lasagna and sweet pumpkin soup, and the lasagna's stretchy cheese and meaty ragu sauce made it the clear winner of the three. With its own parking lot and generously spaced tables, it's a great pick for brunch or a group meetup.
