Haeundae, Busan eel rice bowl with ochazuke: Yuok
Yuok is an eel rice bowl and Japanese restaurant in Haeundae, Busan. I had the Jumbo Unaju set with wasabi and scallions, then poured in broth for ochazuke; the eel was tender and not fishy. Verdict: a great pick even for picky eel eaters.
