Jinju seafood restaurant with boneless monkfish stew: Jjimgoeul
Jjimgoeul Gajwa Branch is a seafood restaurant on Gaeyang-ro in Jinju, Gyeongnam, where I tried boneless agujjim (spicy braised monkfish). The tender, springy monkfish and generous crunchy bean sprouts worked well with the spicy, savory sauce and separately ordered rice, and the boneless serving made it easy to eat.
