Salad restaurant near Gyodae Station: red cleanse juice solo lunch
Salering Gyodae Direct Store is a poke and salad restaurant on Seochodae-ro 56-gil near Gyodae Station in Seocho, Seoul. After a hospital appointment, the writer wanted a healthy meal and ordered the raw salmon bibim poke (bibim means mixed, 13,900 won) with the recommended yuzu oil dressing plus a red cleanse juice (4,200 won), eating alone at a window-facing single seat. The brown rice base made the bowl far more filling than a plain salad, and the yuzu oil was not overly sweet, so it paired well with the salmon.
