Coffee-wood charcoal galbi at Yangyang IC meat restaurant: Yeoyejeong
Yeoyejeong is a salt-aged fresh meat restaurant on Ssangsolbaegi-gil in Seomyeon, Yangyang, just off the Yangyang IC. At Yeoyejeong, fresh galbi (beef short ribs) is grilled over coffee-wood binjangtan charcoal and the meal ends with a spicy doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and the house naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles); the meat was tender with no gamey smell, and both adults and children were happy. With a wide parking lot, Yeoyejeong is an easy stop for a family or group meal.
