Yangyang Korean BBQ with a review raffle: pork tail at Yeoyejeong
Yeoyejeong is a salt-aged Korean barbecue restaurant in the mountains of Seomyeon, Yangyang, Gangwon. On a Saturday visit at 5:30pm the writer ordered pork belly and pork jowl, then won one serving of marinated ribs plus a free pork tail through Yeoyejeong's Google and Naver review raffle, and finished with sotbap (pot rice), doenjang jjigae and white kimchi noodles. Locals queue up this deep in the mountains for a reason, and the meat is it.
