Charcoal cleansing balm for dry skin: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Balm

How did it feel on dry, dehydrated-oily skin?

I have dry, dehydrated-oily skin and often feel tightness after washing my face. During dry periods, dead skin and uneven texture look more noticeable, so I tried this cleansing balm.
