Glutathione serum for dull skin, tested twice daily: HEEDA

I used HEEDA Glutathione Serum, which contains glutathione, because I was concerned about dull-looking skin and makeup lifting. I did not suddenly develop melasma or dark spots, but after giving birth, I was concerned that my skin tone looked uneven.

What skin concerns did I use it for?

As melasma and dark spots appeared, I felt that my overall skin tone looked darker. Using it consistently twice a day, what pleased me most was that my skin tone looked more even than before.

What were the texture and application like?

The dropper made it easy to dispense the amount I needed directly onto the back of my hand or my face. When I first tried it on the back of my hand, it felt more bouncy and moisturizing than I expected, and it absorbed lightly after I applied it to my skin.

Was it sticky or irritating?

I liked that it finished without stickiness. I was worried that a functional skincare product might be irritating, but I did not find it irritating while using it. Skin reactions may vary from person to person.

Was it okay to use before makeup?

It left a moisturizing, bouncy feel, so I used it as a daily serum before makeup. It felt as though it replenished inner dryness for me, so I reached for it even on days when I was concerned about makeup lifting.
