What are the texture and application of HEEDA cleansing balm like?

When I opened HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm, it came with a spatula inside. Its texture was firmer than a cream and needed to be scooped out, so I kept using the spatula. It seemed to melt when it touched my hands, so the spatula was more convenient than scooping it out with my fingers.

It was firmly packed at first, but melted softly once it touched my skin. I applied it to my skin and rubbed it in when removing makeup.

How did it feel after removing makeup?

It felt like my makeup came off all at once, and seeing the dissolved makeup rinse away with water made my skin feel refreshed. For my combination-oily skin with visible pores, I especially liked how it felt as though it cleansed my pores while removing makeup.

What I liked most was that my skin felt less dry after cleansing. I did not feel rushed to apply toner and lotion right away, but I still applied my skincare products separately.

What was my Coupang order and repurchase experience?

I ordered it through Coupang, and at the time it arrived the day after I placed the order. Each tub contains 100ml, and since I do not wear makeup every day—only about three times a week—I think it lasts longer for me. I have reordered and used several tubs, and mainly used this product even though I also had Sulwhasoo cleansing oil.
