Hongdae Chinese restaurant Saturday dinner with mala oil: Seodamheon
Seodamheon Hongdae Main Branch is a Chinese restaurant on Yeonhui-ro 1-gil near Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul, serving samjjamyeon and hand-cut dosakmyeon noodles. Arriving on a Saturday evening just after break time ended, I found Seodamheon already full and took a wall-facing seat for the two-person Dameun-sang plus yeonmaek set, paying over 30,000 won after a 13,000 won discount. The real kick at Seodamheon was adding mala oil to everything.
