Gwangjin ramen ordered by tablet kiosk: spicy motsu ramen at Mentsuru
Mentsuru Children's Grand Park Branch is a Japanese ramen restaurant on a Gwangnaru-ro backstreet in Gwangjin, Seoul, with seating built around one long bar table. A spontaneous visit turned into motsu ramen (offal ramen) at spicy level 1 with two extra slices of pork belly chashu and extra seaweed, plus fried gyoza and a Zero Coke, all ordered from the tablet kiosk mounted at each seat. The broth at Mentsuru came out sharp, deep and generous in portion, making it an easy, satisfying solo meal.
