Weekday 1pm eel rice bowl behind seat partitions at Manmok, Gangnam

Manmok is a Kanto-style eel rice bowl restaurant less than a five-minute walk from Seonleung Station Exit 2 in Gangnam, Seoul. Visiting on a weekday just after 1pm, I ordered the whole eel rice bowl (39,000 won) and the one-and-a-half-eel bowl (50,000 won), and what stood out most at Manmok were the quiet partitioned seats and a restroom stocked with personal amenities. A calm Gangnam lunch spot that works for solo diners and team dinners alike.
