Jin 1926 Dasan Branch is a lamb specialty restaurant on the 2nd floor of Sinhae Central Tower 4, a short walk from Exit 1 of Dasan Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi. For an anniversary dinner for two, the writer ordered one lamb rib, one lamb sirloin (a first for her), myeongnan gondre bap (pollack roe and Korean thistle rice) and bibim guksu (spicy cold mixed noodles), with staff grilling everything tableside. There was no gamey lamb smell at all, and Jin 1926 Dasan Branch's lamb sirloin is the pick if you like a softer, more tender cut.
