Visiting with family during weekend shopping, the writer tried dongpo pork char siu ramen, jambon char siu ramen, and spicy char siu ramen, and checked out the open kitchen and inner table seating. With mild, spicy, and mala broth options over a rich meat stock, it was a satisfying meal where even the kids could pick what they liked.
