The pork set of 600g came with samgyeopsal, moksal, dwitgogi (pork neck trim), hangjeongsal, galmaegisal, and pork skin, served alongside doenjang stew and bibimbap, with dwitgogi's chewy "kkodeulsal" bit and skin grilled without splattering standing out most. Simmered myeoljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) with garlic and chili for dipping made this a solid spot for a post-work meat craving.
