Guwol-dong Korean restaurant B-set: mushroom kalguksu, fried squid
Haemokjeong Guwol Branch is a braised-rib and kalguksu restaurant on the second floor of a building near Yesulhoegwan in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. Two diners ordered the Haemokjeong B-set at the regular spice level — spicy braised pork ribs, mushroom kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and fried squid — and the rib meat pulled apart with chopsticks, while the fried squid was best dipped in the rib braising sauce. One B-set is enough to leave two people full.
