Arriving at 11:10am on a weekday still meant a 20-minute wait before getting the premium sushi set course, with thick rice and thick cuts of fish plus karaage, fried shrimp, and steamed egg for two people at around ₩50,000. The verdict: worth the wait, and the best sushi in Songdo.
